Welcome to a new initiative called the Kentucky Marriage Movement.  We are launching this website as a touchstone to help unite church and community leaders in the effort to proactively build strong marriages and healthy families in their congregations and communities.  

Our goal is not to "reinvent the wheel" - there are many wonderful things being done across the Commonwealth to strengthen marriage - but rather to inform the public of the efforts being done in various communities AND to encourage other communities to develop their own efforts to strengthen and promote marriage.    

Marriage is an adventure filled with many joys and many trials. Too often, when faced with trials, couples choose to walk away.  Their decision to do so not only impacts themselves, but their children and society at large.

Kentucky has consistently ranked in the Top 10 of states with the highest divorce rates. 

It's time to revitalize Marriage in Kentucky.
